Now, what can I say about the Traeger? I have experimented with many various barbque formats in the past (note one early version in background of picture) and I can honestly say that I endorse the traeger for two main reasons, first and foremost, it can always be relied upon to consistently cook whatever I place upon it with such wickedly good results that someone inevitably makes some remark about how good it is. This is great for the ego and is what every cook yearns for. Secondly, I am impressed with the traegers quality of build and design which allows so much control over temperature and gives me the ability to smoke food if I choose. In the past I have had some real issues with other barbque's because I could never be sure that what hit the table would be a success this is a thing of the past.
