3-4 large potatoes thinly sliced
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
bacon strips
1 onion thinly cut into rings
Traeger Veggie shake
freshly ground pepper

- Preheat grill to 350 degrees
- Lay bacon strips in a 9" cast iron pan so that the tips hand out over the side of the pan.
- Arrange potato slices on top of the bacon (around the pan) overlapping a bit until you end up in the middle of the pan.
- Top with onion slices, some of the cheese, Traeger Veggie shake and freshly ground pepper.
- Repeat with potato slices, onion, cheese, Traeger Veggie shake and pepper.
- Fold bacon slices to the middle of the pan and cover with lid.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
- Remove lid after 30 minutes to let bacon brown.
