[ Traeger Potato Bacon Pie ]
3-4 large potatoes thinly sliced
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
bacon strips
1 onion thinly cut into rings
Traeger Veggie shake
freshly ground pepper
  1. Preheat grill to 350 degrees
  2. Lay bacon strips in a 9" cast iron pan so that the tips hand out over the side of the pan.
  3. Arrange potato slices on top of the bacon (around the pan) overlapping a bit until you end up in the middle of the pan.
  4. Top with onion slices, some of the cheese, Traeger Veggie shake and freshly ground pepper.
  5. Repeat with potato slices, onion, cheese, Traeger Veggie shake and pepper.
  6. Fold bacon slices to the middle of the pan and cover with lid.
  7. Bake 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
  8. Remove lid after 30 minutes to let bacon brown.
